Whipped Body Butter: (Class Recipe)
1/2 C. Coconut Oil
1/2 C. Shea Butter
*1/2 tsp. Vitamin E oil
*1/2 tsp jojoba or argan oil
10-15 drops Young Living Essential Oil
Hopefully your shea butter will be soft like play dough. However, if Shea Butter is stiff or hard, melt all ingredients except the essential oil in a double boiler, stirring to mix well. Once all ingredients are melted, add the essential oil and stir well. Place the mixture in the refrigerator until just before it starts to set (usually 1-2 hours). **the mixture with cocoa and shea butter will be a dark brown and will lighten as it cools off and begins to set. You will end up with a white body butter.**
Use a hand or stand mixer and whip until smooth. Place in your favorite container and voila!
