Whenever possible use organic butter and fresh, non-MSG chicken broth. MSG hides as many other names. See my blog on toxins for a list.
I personally don't usually cook a ham as our family prefers turkey, This one sounds so good though. When cooking with YL essential oils, use the smallest amount. Like the tip of a toothpick for starters. You can always add more.
Whenever possible, use organic cranberries. They are becoming easier and easier to find nowadays. I've seen them at all the markets this year.
Could also substitute organic coconut oil for butter. Yum!
I would try to do organic everything here. Non-GMO cornbread for sure... but if I had to pick, I would do organic butter first then tackle the corn, vegetables, eggs, etc.
Harvest Salad with Sweet Potatoes, Kale & Essential Oils.
7 C. Sweet Potatoes cut into ¾ in cubes
1 C. Quinoa
5 C. Kale
5 C. Cole Slaw Mix
Optional: Craisins, Diced Granny Smith Apples
Steam cook sweet potatoes to a soft crisp or firm state. This happened for me in approximately 10 minutes. Rinse with cool water to stop the cooking process and let cool completely. Cook quinoa covered in a small sauce pan on a low simmer (1C quinoa to 2C water) for approximately 20 min. Once it appears fluffy, spread it out on a big plate to cool completely. While you're waiting on cooking and cooling, begin thinly chopping the kale leaves. (This may look like a lot, but it will reduce.) Put Kale and coleslaw in large bowl and toss to mix. Pour ¼ of the dressing on top and toss together well. Next add cold, cooked sweet potatoes and quinoa. May want to layer with a little dressing as you go to avoid over mixing to mush. Add additional items if you like and enjoy your super immune boosting yummy salad!
In a medium bowl combine
½ C Apple Cider Vinegar
½ C. Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon- mix well
¼ Olive Oil
8 drops of Thieves Blend Essential Oils
(could use Orange, Cinnamon, Clove Essential Oils)

WARM APPLE CRISP WITH CASHEW CREAM (GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN, FLOURLESS) with Young Living Essential Oils Orange and Cinnamon ~YUM!
"According to the Essential Oils Pocket Reference both Cinnamon Bark and Orange Essential Oils have anticoagulant properties and stimulate the circulatory system. Among other properties, Cinnamon can be used for digestive issues and orange is a relaxant. Plus, in my humble opinion, they are both quintessentially fall! Typically lemon juice is added to the apples, so I subbed in the orange, worked great!" Brittany of BellaViviant
